Every trade is one shared story — commitment, fulfilment, claim, settlement, receipt — and each party's accounting system holds only a cached projection of it. The Scene Protocol supplies the trust layer that turns projection into replay: one shared record of the scene, and any ledger derivable from it as a pure, verifiable function.

Internal validation can’t prove the filer controls what it declares.

Report validation is omission-invariant — it only ever sees the document. Proof-of-control is the external anchor: remote signing over Nostr / NIP-46 that binds a disclosed on-chain address, reserve or validator node to an independently verifiable control attestation. It plugs into proof-of-reserves, MiCAR white papers and wallet/validator schedules.
